IMPCT Training · Founding cohort open now

You know how to work hard. You just need a way forward.

A 12-week training plan, a simple way to eat, and a quick weekly self check-in in the app that keeps you showing up. Built by a former college football center who went from 305 to 205 pounds in 18 months.

Founding cohort closes Nov 6 · Three levels of support · Monthly live Q&A with Jack · Delivered in the Everfit app

Is this you?

Thought it was just you?

Freshman 15, then the corporate 15. Practice twice a day turned into nine hours at a desk, and the appetite never retired. You know your playing weight to the pound, and you've watched the number climb. It isn't just you, and it's fixable.

You don't have to be a former athlete. An injury, a job, kids, or grief can take your routine too. The feeling is the same. You still remember what strong felt like, and you want it back.

IMPCT is for you if

  • You played a sport, or you were just active, and you remember exactly what you weighed back then
  • You've gained 20 or more pounds since your routine disappeared, and you're a little embarrassed by it
  • You know you need to change and you are ready to start
  • You want a plan and someone to answer to
  • You want coaching without being treated like a helpless beginner
  • You are not in shape yet and that's fine. Start where you are
  • You are an adult, 18 or older, in the United States

It's not for you if

  • You want a quick fix. This is a 12-week system
  • You want a brand new plan every week
  • You won't log your workouts or fill out the weekly self check-in
  • You want medical advice. IMPCT is general fitness and nutrition coaching

Hey, I'm Jack

This is exactly what happened to me.

I played college football. I was a center at North Central College, one of the top Division III programs in the country. We reached the national championship game my freshman year. Football gave me my identity, my schedule, my teammates, and my goals. I never had to wonder what to do next. Someone always told me.

Then I had shoulder surgery. I planned to come back. I was not medically cleared to compete. I kept going to practices, meetings, workouts, and therapy, but not the way I pictured.

While I was recovering, I lost someone in my family. School got harder. My habits slipped. My weight went up. My team went on to win a national championship, and I was part of it, just not as the player I expected to be.

Low pointMy heaviest weight: 305 lb

Eventually I stepped away. For the first time, I had to figure out how to train without a coach, a season, or a roster spot driving it. I rebuilt for myself. My heaviest weight was 305 pounds. Eighteen months later I was 205.

I never stopped being willing to work hard. I had lost the structure that told me where to point it.

That's exactly why I created IMPCT.

The IMPCT method

Structure. Fuel. Accountability.

Football gave me all three without my asking. IMPCT puts them back in your week.

STRUCTUREFUELACCOUNTABILITYIMPCTEVERY WEEK
One loop. Repeat weekly.
Structure

A planned progression in 12-week blocks. You always know the next workout and the next step.

Fuel

A nutrition framework you can follow: portion-based eating, or calorie and macro tracking.

Accountability

A short weekly self check-in in the app, and a level where I review your progress and adjust your plan myself.

Most programs hand you a workout. IMPCT gives you all three.

What you get

Everything lives in one app.

Every level runs on the same 12-week program structure, delivered in Everfit, with community access included.

All levels

Know what's next

Programs run in three four-week phases. A reassessment in week 11 helps you pick your next block.

All levels

Train where you are

Gym, home with dumbbells and bands, or home bodyweight. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, warm-up included.

All levels

Stop guessing the weight

Your weights are saved, so each week builds on the last one.

All levels

Check in with yourself

A short form in the app, filled out on your own time each week: workouts done, a win, a barrier, and next week's focus. No call to schedule. Plus Ask Jack, a live Q&A on the first Sunday of every month at 7pm Central, with a replay.

Complete and Coaching levels

Your 12 weeks

Here is what your 12 weeks look like.

Three blocks of four weeks. You always know where you are.

Weeks 1 to 4

Get going

Your first workouts are in the app on Monday, Nov 9. Do them, log your weights, and fill out your quick weekly check-in.

Weeks 5 to 8

Keep building

Your weights are saved, so each week builds on the last one. The routine starts to feel normal.

Weeks 9 to 12

Finish strong

In week 11, a reassessment shows how far you've come and helps you pick your next block.

Every week: your workouts in the app and a short self check-in. Every month: Ask Jack, live.

Included at every level

Ask Jack, live every month.

Once a month I go live and answer your questions about training, food, and getting back on track. Questions you can't ask a stranger on the internet. You don't have to be on the call. Post your question ahead of time and I answer every one.

Picture week 12

Imagine where you stand in 12 weeks.

It's a Monday in late January. You open the app and today's workout is already there. You don't plan it. You don't wonder if it's the right one. You start.

You scroll back through your log and find the weights from week 1. They're lighter than what's on the bar now. You've checked in 12 weeks in a row, and when you missed a workout, you knew exactly why.

You walk into the gym, or into your living room, and it doesn't feel like starting over. You're someone who trains again.

And food stopped being a daily argument. On the Complete and Coaching levels, you open the app and know what to eat and when. You aren't guessing at lunch. You aren't "starting Monday." You eat, you move on, and the scale follows.

If you played a sport, you remember what it was like when someone else handled the plan and all you had to do was show up and work. This is that, built for the life you have now.

That's what getting your structure back feels like. It's how I went from 305 to 205 pounds.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be in shape first?

No. Start where you are. Foundations is built for 2 to 3 days a week, and you can train at a gym or at home.

Who wrote the programs?

I did. I wrote every workout, chose how each phase progresses, and I built the program in the Everfit app. The demo video for each exercise comes from the app's exercise library, so you can see exactly how to do the move.

What is the difference between the three levels?

The Training level is the program. The Complete level adds a nutrition framework. The Coaching level adds me, with an individual plan, personal reviews, and a weekly check-in.

Will I talk to Jack directly?

One on one, only on the Coaching level. Every level includes Ask Jack, a live Q&A on the first Sunday of every month at 7pm Central. We kick off on Sunday, Nov 8, the night before the program starts. Post your question in the community forum thread ahead of time, and I answer every one. A replay is posted in the forum. The Training and Complete levels do not include private coaching or individual calls.

How does joining work?

For the Training and Complete levels, you check out, then answer a short questionnaire in the app. It recommends your starting program, and you can choose another. For the Coaching level, you send a free application, I follow up by text within 24 hours, we have a 15-minute call, and then you pay and start.

Why is the Coaching level limited to 15 people?

I want to give each person real attention. Fifteen is what I can support well. You will never be one of eighty clients. If all places are full, the next group opens in January, and you can join the waitlist.

How does Coaching level billing work?

The Coaching level starts with a three-month commitment. Pay monthly, or pay all three months upfront for $400 and save $50. After that it continues month-to-month until you cancel. You will get an email a week before the first monthly renewal.

How does the founding rate work?

Only 15 founding members will join in total, across all levels. Founding members get a special rate, locked for 12 months from your start date. Jack shares the details with each founding member directly. After that, your plan renews at the standard price with at least 30 days of notice by email.

What if I have an injury or a medical issue?

Tell me in the questionnaire. IMPCT offers fitness and nutrition guidance, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical care. Coaching level clients also complete a health questionnaire and a PAR-Q+. If something needs a doctor, I will ask you to get clearance first.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The Training and Complete levels are month-to-month. Cancel future renewals any time with no fee, and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. The Coaching level works the same way after the first three months.
